these pieces were exhibited in "an object's promise," a two-person exhibition with suzanne moseley hosted by fort point arts community in spring of 2022. the culmination of a year-long collaboration, the exhibition grew from a mutual interest in the power of objects and evolved into an exploration of the spectrum between respecting and revering objects that hold great meaning and disregarding and wasting objects that we see as disposable.

in 2017 i had the pleasure of creating these custom pieces for yosemite eyewear in newton. it was a fun challenge to turn a collection of discarded frames into a series of artworks to be displayed in their newton retail store.

this series of sculptures were created using items found in my home and studio. many of these were temporary structures, later broken down and repurposed in other works, but they were a meaningful starting point for the kinds of material explorations that later became integral to my practice.
